At Aether FPV, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for unused electronics in their original packaging. Please note that products showing signs of flight, solder marks, or crash damage are not eligible for return due to the sensitive nature of FPV components.
Initiate a Request
Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the item is being returned.
Technical Assessment
Our technicians will review your request and may ask for photos of the components to verify they are in factory-new, un-soldered condition.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, receive your RMA number and pack the items securely in their original box to prevent static or physical damage during transit.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse receives and inspects the hardware, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
